A Welcome to the Masonic Caravan Club of Victoria

Our Club which reached its 40th year in March 2016, is made up of Freemasons and their Ladies who enjoy the chance to get together and share in the friendly warm company of like-minded people.

The Club is Incorporated for members protection and is an affiliated member of the Association of Caravan Clubs of Victoria Inc.

Our Members come from all parts of the State with country Victoria being well represented. There are currently 25 couples as towing members and 6 Associate/Affiliated (non-towing) members, with an average membership of 16.9 years.

We rally once a month except January and December to Caravan Parks within approx 2-3 hrs drive from Central Melbourne.

We also have Sister clubs in South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales Western Australia. We generally manage to get together with our vans, once every two years, with one of the clubs acting as Hosts for a combined rally, which have recently become known as 'Hand of Friendship Rallies'.

Initially and for many years, these rallies were held between South Australia and Victoria only, but as noted now attracts Masonic Caravaners from all over OZ.

Hand of Friendship

The Club's motto is 'Hand of Friendship' as depicted in our Hand of Friendship plaque, of two caravans shaking hands.

Combined Rally of State Masonic Caravan Clubs

These Rallies are held every two years with a State Masonic Caravan Club as Hosts to the other Masonic Caravan Clubs in Australia with an open invitation to Travelling Freemasons to attend.

At the end of August into September 2017, we hosted the Combined Masonic rally at the Gold Nugget Tourist Park, Midland Highway, Epsom (Bendigo).  We had 74 attendees who enjoyed the many activities organised and also some free time to investigate the many attractions of Bendigo.

The weather was a little chilly for the Queenslanders, but the warm atmosphere of the marvellous recreation room at the Gold Nugget helped to keep everyone warm.
