Club Information

As our members come from all parts of Victoria we try to make sure we cover all directions during the course of the year for our Rallies, which consists of 5-7 nights away. 
Our plan for 2021 was 9 rallies, but Co-Vid rules prevented our Club from travelling.  Quarantine rules were lifted November, but pandemic rules prevented our Christmas Rally from happening.  Year 2021 January rally was at Euroa. February was a Lock-down, March at Korumburra,  April(2) was at  Maryborough & Marong.  Our plan for 2022 will be similar with 8 Rallies.

At this date: 6 Life members, 1 Associate member, 17 ordinary members.

50 years and going strong

The Combined Caravan Club of Victoria started it's life as the Chesney Caravan Club with it's first minuted meeting held on the 17th March 1970. Chesney was a brand of caravan and it was agreed that the club would only be open to Chesney owners. However, in 1972 Chesney was taken over by another company, this created an opportunity for the members to open up the club to family and friends who had various different brands of caravans. It wasn't long before it became obvious that the club could not continue to use the name 'Chesney' so a competition was held to find a new name for the club. The winner was the Combined Caravan Club of Victoria.
To date we have life members who joined in the 1970's and a number of still active members who started in the 1980's : so we are still going strong.  In March 2020 we had our 50th Anniversary of our Club at Warburton Holiday Park. In 2021 Rallies had to be within the Co-Vid Rules, so managed to have 4 rallies. 2022 we will have 8 Rallies. Our Club is in Victoria and our members are spread out within our state.
